What WebChat-Forge is.
WebChat-Forge is a web-based chat interface for the Forge ecosystem. It provides SSE streaming, dual LLM backends (Kilo via OpenRouter + Termux via llama.cpp), Brain-Forge context injection, and a 5-panel sidebar with memory, knowledge, datasets, timeline, and system info.
When deployed to Vercel, WebChat-Forge operates as a serverless function that tunnels through Brain-Forge's REST API for memory and system access. When running locally, it references Headless-Forge — the unified headless CLI that provides direct memory access, model launching (OpenVINO + llama.cpp), Termux device management, and direct filesystem/terminal operations.
