Overview
What Headless-Forge is.
Headless-Forge is a single local server that acts as the control point for the entire AI stack. What you type in WebChat enters the headless CLI, and the output is rendered back on the WebChat interface. No cloud round-trips, no tunneling — direct access to filesystem, terminal, memory engine, and inference engines.
The local machine is responsible for managing Android/Termux device connections. Devices register themselves with the headless CLI, which tracks them and routes chat requests to their local LLMs.
